RWM required a large capacity structure for their annual conference and exhibition. The space would accommodate visitors seated in theatre style for the talks and presentations taking place across the 3-day event.
Evolution Dome suggested the 240sqm, 260 capacity, 20m Dome. The structure installed indoors, takes only 2 hours to erect, from start to finish. The quick turn-around time allows for AV equipment and furniture to be installed and the whole venue to be completed in just one day.
It was advised that RWM use glass doors to create a quiet space for the conference. The structure itself prevents noise by absorbing and dispersing sound within the double-layer, air walls. The addition of doors brings noise levels inside the dome down by approximately 30-40db.
The 20m Dome complete with glass doors and lighting provided a great focal point for the exhibition. It could be seen from every side of the event hall at the NEC, Birmingham making it easy to locate. The LED lights were programmed to the same pink as the RWM logo and visitors were impressed with the unique and modern design of the dome.
