For 2024 we have something special planned!
We’ll be transforming our 8m Panoramic Dome into a theatre space for our “Unfiltered Sessions with Evolution Dome”. In these 30-minute sessions, our director Ash Austin and panel host Matt Coyne of Waves Connects will be joined by several special guests to explore key topics from the supplier side of the conferencing world!

From navigating cultural nuances to mastering logistical intricacies, each conference faces its own unique challenges when it comes to choosing the right venue.
On day one of Confex at 11:45 AM, AMP Events’ Adam Parry, Chris Hartley from Hartley Consulting & Events and Lucy Nicholls, CEO & Creative Director at The PS Events Group, will join us to share their valuable insights and practical strategies for hosting successful conferences in any environment.
Session 2: Sustainable Event Essentials – 5 things you can implement today.
On Day 2 at 10:00 am, ESSA’s Andrew Harrison, RAI Amsterdam’s Mathys Taekema and Event Sustainability Lives Co-founder Adam Parry will take the stage to share five things that conference and event organisers can do today to make a positive impact on their environmental footprints at events.
