We recently put our indoor structures to the test at the Association of Event Venues (AEV) Conference 2025 at ExceL London, and the result was a clear demonstration of practical versatility.

When we were allocated our space for the event, we found ourselves facing a large, unavoidable structural pillar right in the middle of our space. Rather than seeing this as a constraint, we saw an opportunity to demonstrate the flexibility of our Quiet Qube.

Thanks to its roofless design, our team was able to wrap the structure around the pillar. This smart deployment meant we used 100% of our floor space effectively, ensuring we showcased our product without interrupting the flow of the venue or impacting our neighbours.

Ash explained, “Working alongside the AEO team at the event, we were given the opportunity to present our new Quiet Qube as an added quiet meeting area for the conference. The Quiet Qube is designed to adapt to complex spatial requirements, whilst retaining its core purpose of delivering a reduced noise pop-up meeting space and enabling organisers to efficiently utilise every corner of an event space.”

If you are an organiser dealing with short layouts, awkward corners, or fixed obstacles, this example shows exactly how our indoor inflatable structures can adapt. We are committed to providing solutions that turn spatial challenges into functional, impressive features.
